We offer a Comprehensive strip and inspection for a fixed fee, with options of a Written & an Online report. Quotations can be given for Remanufacture or Repair. ENSURING ENGINE CORE IS RESERVICEABLE FIRSTLY! All main core is pressure tested and crack detected; no machining is undertaken until the core is proven to be sound and fault free. All parts are supplied via ISO companies! Our Main works @ Coventry, is conveniently situated 1 mile from at Junction 3 of the M6 which is in the Centre of The Midlands Motorway Network, we are infact 150 miles from The East, South and West coasts of The UK Mainland and from this convenient point, we arrange collections and deliveries to all mainland postcodes. Every engine when received, is identified, its specification and details recorded. Each customer’s details are logged with a full explanation of the engine’s faults and its requirements. 
Our complete Machine Shop facility offers our customers the benefit of many decades of experience, dealing with many problems, some undeclared by the OE Manufacturers! Reboring the cylinder block is carried out to the Original standards, ensuring that all piston and cylinder sizes are correct and therefore maintain the necessary performance and correct combustion levels. Crankshaft crack detection is carried before regrinding is carried out. All pins sizes are catalogued recorded and engraved on the crankshaft and new bearings ordered to these sizes. 
As a full member of The Federation of Engine Remanufacturers, we uphold and support what is considered the only real British Standard in Engine Rebuilding. It uses the Original Specification standards to outline the way an engine should be completely overhauled to achieve a quality product and is the only standard that the RAC & AA officially authorise! Re-machining to these Standards requires 1st class machines & people with good technical ability; With excellent staff to compliment this we feel we have a winning formula. . All engines are built with reconditioned fuel injection equipment and turbochargers (where applicable) and are individually tested, temperatures and pressures are recorded and a test certificate issued. Our \Reversable Water brake Dynamometer:-Heenan & Froude DY5R accommodates units from 54Kw (80 bhp) to large diesel engines of up to 500 Kw (740 bhp). After a period of bedding, the engine is fully loaded and proven off, a certificate of its performance is issued on completion.
