No-S888 PPP IVECO Nos stamped on O/S at Rear of cylinder block under inlet manifold i.e. 806045S*7211*486324: All of these nos relate to the specification & are needed for an accurate quote. "90% of engine failure cases; The engine hasn't worn out! It's" because of a failure with one of the "Three Liquids Systems"; i.e.:- OIL----WATER---- or-----FUEL!!!!! It is really important to know why? your engine failed:- To avoid "A REPEAT OCCURRING!" For instance if a radiator core is blocked; which caused the engine to overheat; It's really imperitive that this fault is spotted and remedied, before fitting the replacement engine to ensure a completely successful transplant and to avoid any more time off the road!! The mechanical core of any engine, ie. the pistons, the cylinder liner bores, the crankshaft and bearings, will be damaged by any repeat of an Overheat. Fitting old or faulty Air or Fuel filters will only restrict the supply of good clean fuel and air. Old and worn out parts, risk "Repeat failures"! Our customers receive fitting instructions with every engine. We do recommend that all parts being refitted be thoroughly checked; and changed; if there is any doubt as to their reliability & quality? To supply an engine that will perform identically to an OE unit. the vehicle's systems must all be as Original Equipment too.
